Emeril’s Salisbury Steak Recipe

This time being the first execution, I followed the recipe, except for the veal in the recipe, I replaced with more pork. Not because I don’t like veal, because I do, multiple stores in my area were out of veal.

The potatoes look soupy, because I added 1/4 cup more cream than specified, by accident, however they thickened nicely by the time they hit the table.  They were great.
